I am a self taught baker who has been baking since I was a young girl. Im eclectic mix of loving and crazy. From making anything I can think if to using very unconventional tools to create one of a kind treats. Enthusiastic about connecting my love for baking and teaching within the world of sweets. 

I have been featured in American Cake Decorating Magazine, Collaborating on massive food installations at SoFlo Cake show, won multiple cake awards for my one of a kind cake designs, travel to teach, 2x Food Network Competitor and WINNER of Cake Wars!
